1RECEPTION
As you enter Davis Body Shop, you will be welcomed and asked to fill out a simple form. A Customer Service Specialist will personally go over every detail of the repair job with you, so you know exactly what work is needed for your vehicle.
2ESTIMATING
Your estimate will include a detailed visual inspection and be prepared with cutting edge software, guaranteeing a precise and thorough appraisal. Every detail is covered, leaving nothing to chance.
3CUSTOMER SERVICE
Your Customer Service Specialist will review with you each part of the cost estimate and obtain insurance authorization, if possible, while you wait. You will also be informed of all repair details, including a completion timeline, as well as any updates as they arise.
4CAR RENTAL
We are your rental concierge! Because of our excellent relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, our customers can enjoy the convenience of on-site car rental. Alternately, we can pick you up and drop you off at your location of choice.
5TEAR DOWN
Your vehicle is prepared for repair as we remove all visually damaged parts. If inspection reveals any hidden damage, you and your insurance company (when applicable) will be informed.
6FRAME WORK
Our Shark Frame Diagnostic System, Chief Velocity Computer Laser Measuring System, and Chief EZ Liner frame puller enable precise accuracy when we repair your vehicle’s frame.
7METAL WORK
We complete sheet metal repairs in specialized bays with the most up-to-date equipment, including “ProSpot” welders used in the automobile manufacturing industry.
8PAINT
Your vehicle will be painted with only the best: Sikkens/Valspar paints and clearcoats. These coatings are factory preferred and applied in our state-of-the-art spray and baking booth which uses state-of-the-art European down-draft technology.
9REASSEMBLY
Your vehicle is reassembled to exact manufacturer specifications after all repair work is complete.
10FINAL CLEAN UP
Once repairs have passed final inspection, we will thoroughly clean your vehicle, making sure everything is in pre-accident condition.
11FINAL INSPECTION
Before we return your auto to you, all aspects of the repair are thoroughly inspected on a four-post lift and guaranteed to meet factory specifications.
12DELIVERY
After final inspection, your Customer Service Specialist will present you with your finished vehicle, being sure to point out all repairs that were completed and providing any additional instructions regarding care for your newly refinished vehicle.
